Search Marketing Director

The Position
We are currently looking for a highly motivated, analytical, paid search and organic search expert that can produce above average results for our rapidly growing clientele. Our Search Marketing Director will implement, manage, grow and optimize many organic and paid search campaigns across all top search engines with the goal of maximizing traffic and profit for our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be accountable for overall organic and paid search campaign results
  • Conduct market analysis to understand each client’s target market
  • Conduct in-depth keyword analysis
  • Research, compile and organize relevant keyword lists
  • Analyze existing website architecture and content and create organic optimization recommendations
  • Create and execute inbound link recruiting strategies
  • Write effective paid search ads that will attract clicks from targeted traffic
  • Setup paid search campaigns in all of the top and second tier paid search engines
  • Manage keyword bids, ad groups, budgets and creative
  • Monitor campaign details and optimize on a daily basis
  • Analyze and report detailed campaign metrics
  • Suggest and implement campaign changes to maximize ROI
  • Stay abreast of paid and organic search trends and search engine changes

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience successfully executing similar job responsibilities. Preferably in an agency and/or consulting environment.
  • 1+ years experience using Atlas One Point or similar application for bid and campaign management.
  • Experience managing and optimizing paid search campaigns with budgets in excess of $20,000 per month.
  • Track record of producing high ROI results for sustained and competitive paid and organic search campaigns.
  • Microsoft office suite expert
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Relevant bachelor degree or equivalent education preferred.
  • Ability to self direct, create repeatable processes and proactively produce above average results
