Digital Media Director
We are currently seeking an experienced digital media professional to direct our online media efforts. Critical tasks will include managing and growing the HyperX Local digital advertising network, directing all media planning and buying efforts, and helping develop client and internal media strategies.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all online media buying and planning efforts
- Build and manage a team of media buying and planning professionals
- Develop comprehensive digital media strategies using all available digital mediums for multiple clients with varying campaign goals
- Review and interpret campaign analytics data and present results and recommendations in clear and concise reports
- Manage our display network ad server
- Set up and assist publishers with proper tagging
- Efficiently traffic campaigns across our network of ad placements
- Strengthen publisher relationships while optimizing for campaign performance
- Strategically grow the existing network and rapidly build localized ad networks in additional markets
- Develop and maintain relationships with network publisher partners and manage buys to ensure optimal impression placements and volume are achieved
- Work closely with our creative department to ensure effective and proper banners and landing pages are designed
- Ongoing campaign management and optimization
- Troubleshooting ad delivery and performance
- Monitor campaigns, creative units and publishers
- Continually optimize campaign performance to exceed client expectations and goals
Requirements
- Proven track record of delivering high ROI results for advertisers through various digital media channels
- 3+ years online media buying and planning experience
- 3+ years ad-trafficking experience with a track record of campaign optimization
- Proficient with ad serving technology (Atlas, DART, Ad Tech, or similar)
- Experience building/maintaining relationships and negotiating long-term contracts with online publishers
- Experience setting-up, analyzing and interpreting online analytics (Omniture/Google Analytics)
- Experience managing social media advertising campaigns (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc…)
- Experience leading a team of media buying and planning professionals
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with an ability to quickly and effectively deliver accurate reporting
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of digital media concepts and practices
- Good analytical thought process and skills
- Experience with media planning tools is beneficial
- Experience managing and optimizing targeted campaigns through DSP’s is beneficial
- Experience managing mobile ad campaigns (display, search, in-app) is beneficial

Senior Interactive UX/UI Web Designer
Responsibilities
- Designing UX and UI for ROI focused websites, landing pages, microsites, HTML emails, mobile applications from concept to completion
- Designing and developing custom interactive ad units, animated banners, and branded site takeover visuals for world-class brand campaigns
- Front-end coding of design comps and UX/UI specifications.
Requirements
- 5+ Years Professional Interactive Design Experience
- 5+ Years Experience Managing Creative Projects from Concept to Completion
- Strong visual style and thorough understanding of how typography, layout, color, images and interactivity impact design.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite Products
- Expert in Hand Coded XHTML and CSS
- Extremely comfortable with cross-browser compatibility/testing with the ability to build a highly interactive site that works flawlessly in all the major browsers
- The ability to understand, develop and elegantly communicate marketing messages through interaction, visual and motion design.
- Online portfolio demonstrating conceptual and strategic thinking with a focus on designing performance based marketing campaigns.
- Proven ability to self-manage against tight timelines
Desired Experience
